Persephone is the innocence that was dragged into the underworld — and came back wearing the crown. Where this asteroid sits is where you were forced to grow up too fast, pulled into darkness you didn't choose, and emerged with sovereignty over realms most people are afraid to even acknowledge exist. This is forced maturation: the girl who went in never came back. The queen who came out needs no one's permission.

The Gift

Persephone marks where you were taken into something you did not choose and came out with authority over it. Where this sits, you have jurisdiction in territory most people are frightened of — and you got it by surviving rather than studying.

The Shadow

Unexamined, you stay in the underworld or you keep re-entering it. The other version is refusing the descent entirely and remaining performatively innocent long after your experience has disqualified you from it. Both are ways of not accepting the crown.
